TTU is reporting that Venezuela’s defense spending will continue to grow with “quality” articles from Russia and China. El Jefe’s list includes:
- Mi-28N attack helicopter (replacing the OV-10, perhaps CDF can buy them)
- 10 IL-76 Transport planes (because Venezuela is all about strategic power projection, isn’t it?)
- 2 IL-78 Midas tankers (sole sourced, no protest)
