Details are slowly emerging about the massive cyber attack that has been plaguing DoD networks and computers since yesterday. Starting Monday all DoD computers access to USB ports and optical drives will be disabled.

TTU is reporting that Venezuela’s defense spending will continue to grow with “quality” articles from Russia and China. El Jefe’s list includes:
- Mi-28N attack helicopter (replacing the OV-10, perhaps CDF can buy them)
- 10 IL-76 Transport planes (because Venezuela is all about strategic power projection, isn’t it?)
