The European Aviation Safety Agency has certified the Eclipse 500very light jet in Europe, opening the company to sales in the 37 European Union countries and providing a much needed marketing boost for the embattled US airframer.

Eclipse Customer Support Issue

Another sign that things are progressing downhill in ABQ.  According to this Avweek story,  Eclipse has not only reduced their customer support hours, but has also informed customers that they may not be able to provide specific parts due to suppliers refusal to ship to Eclipse until payments have been received.

It would appear that Vern Raburn, founder and ex CEO of Eclipse Aviation has definitely moved on according to this report from Business Aviation Now.
This is probably not the last we hear from Mr. Raburn and his decisions while he was in charge of the troubled Eclipse organization.
