Bloomberg NewsThe Air Force’s draft bid request for aerial refueling tankers is expected to be released by Friday, Pentagon spokesman Bryan Whitman said Tuesday.

IAM letter to POTUS: A Perfect Example of What Not to Say Ahead of a Competition
